Who we are

What we collect

• Enquiries and shopping lists: when you send us a message or your shopping list, we collect your name, phone number, your message and the items on your list.
• Newsletter: if you join our offers list, we collect your email address.
• Your shopping list before you send it is stored only in your own web browser, on your device. We don’t see it until you send it to us.
• Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical details (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the website secure and working. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare your order for pick-up or delivery, and — only if you joined our list — tell you about offers and specials. We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this website and store information, including Cloudflare (website hosting) and Supabase (database). They may store or process information in Australia or overseas. If you contact us by WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies.

Keeping it safe

Only the shop owner and approved staff can see enquiries and email addresses, through a password-protected system. We delete enquiries when we no longer need them.

Unsubscribing, access and correction

You can ask us at any time to remove you from our offers list, to see the information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. Just contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
